KIC London is proud to introduce a new accommodation option for students studying with us from September 2011. Liberty House (Sebastian Street) provides an excellent standard of living for our students and is conveniently located just a 15-minute walk away from the college.

The National Student Housing Survey 2010 has announced that UK Liberty Living has won the category for the providing the highest levels of customer satisfacton.

The residence

This self-catering residence is furnished to a very high standard and provides students with excellent quality, city centre student housing. The building is very secure with CCTV coverage, an electronic entry system and a manned reception area. There is an on-site management and maintenance team to help with any questions or problems you may have. There is also an on-site laundry facility for your convenience.

Broadband internet is free in the residence, and our students will have full access to the recreation facilities at the nearby St. Johns street residence which is very nearby. These facilities include a fitness gym with equipment and exercise machines and a games room with a pool table and televisions.

The area

The residence is located in Clerkenwell, which is well known for its vibrant culture and nightlife. Right on the doorstep of City University London, and no more than a 15-minute walk away from KICL, you will feel right in the heart of all the excitement London has to offer. Clerkenwell is also just moments from St Pancras station for trains to Europe and King Cross station for trains to explore the rest of the UK.

The rooms

Our students have the option of staying in single en-suite rooms with shared kitchen facilities. These rooms come furnished with all bedroom furniture including a work desk and chair and have telephone and data points as well as TV aerial connections. The en-suite bathrooms include a shower, toilet and washbasin. The shared kitchen facilities are cleaned daily and come equipped with:
