Student Testimonial

"I love this city. I have come here a number of times before and I wanted to study here because everything you need is here – both for study and for entertainment. There are theatres, cinemas – everything you’d want.

I feel very welcome here and everyone is friendly. In fact, I haven’t experienced any unfriendliness at all. As a Muslim, it is very easy to practise my faith in London and Halal food is available everywhere – even in the normal supermarkets."

Teaching Quality

You can trust Kaplan to help you get the best possible results in your studies. We have been helping students to do so for 70 years, ever since the company was established by a school teacher in New York. We believe this expertise in personalised academic support will maximise your chances of success at university.

Academic Support Services

Learning Support Tutor - Your personal advisor

You will meet your Learning Support Tutor once every two weeks in the first term and once every month once you are settled. The Learning Support Tutor's job is to discuss your progress in class and encourage you to develop a disciplined, effective study habit ready for your degree course.

Studying Towards a University Degree - Your ultimate goal

KIC London will arrange visits to your progression department and will invite the University's staff for information sessions and activities. KIC London will also discuss your progression options as your results become available and your interests develop during your programme.

We will help you focus your efforts in class

Classes at KIC London are smaller and more personalised than typical UK university lectures. You will get to know your tutor and classmates quickly so you can feel confident about participating.

A strong culture of attendance

Experience suggests that students who attend all their classes and participate in all activities have a better chance of achieving the mark they require for progression. Naturally, they will also develop highly effective study habits – a long term benefit for the future.

Assessment and Reports

Assessments will take place throughout the term. KIC London will produce mid-term reports to give written evidence of your progress to date.
